http:art-point.jp 井上はアニミズムの思想を土台として「人々の生活」をテーマに絵画を制作し、大学院在学中の2016年より個展やグループ展で精力的に作品を発表してきました。
井上が注目するのは、自然物と人工物、虚と実、高尚と卑近といった、生活の随所に潜む「ジレンマ」です。その作品群は、松尾芭蕉が詠んだ俳句「閑さや岩にしみ入蝉の声」のように、人々の悲喜交々の総体を描き出しています。
表現においては、シャルダンの風俗画、雪舟や等伯の山水画、デ・キリコの形而上絵画からの影響を受けつつ、自身のルーツである北海道の自然観と、上京後の都市生活における実感を融合。油彩を用いて具象と抽象を織り交ぜ、風景や日用品を再構成するスタイルを特徴としています。
本展では、コラージュ的なアプローチや、異時同図法、日本の伝統的な絵画技法である「吹抜け屋台」を想起させる室内と屋外が混ざり合うような表現が主軸となります。
展覧会タイトルの「デイリー・プレイヤー」は、日々の心の平安を願う短い祈り（Daily Prayer）と、社会の中で日々役割を演じること（Play）のダブルミーニングです。祈りを捧げる者（Prayer）と、役割を演じる者（Player）。この二つの言葉の響き合いから本展は着想されました。
会場では、井上の世界観を凝縮した小作品を中心に、油彩14点とオブジェ8点を組み合わせ、空間全体をインスタレーション的に構成します。

Based on the philosophy of animism, Inoue creates paintings centered around the theme of “human life.” Since 2016, while still in graduate school, they have been energetically presenting works through solo and group exhibitions.

Inoue focuses on the “dilemmas” lurking in every corner of daily life—such as the natural versus the artificial, fiction versus reality, and the sublime versus the mundane. Their body of work captures the complex totality of human joys and sorrows, much like Matsuo Basho’s famous haiku: “In the utter silence / psychological seep into the rock / the cicada’s voice.”

In terms of expression, while influenced by Chardin’s genre paintings, the landscape paintings of Sesshu and Tohaku, and the metaphysical paintings of Giorgio de Chirico, Inoue fuses their roots in the natural worldview of Hokkaido with their lived experiences of urban life after moving to Tokyo. Characterized by a style that blends the concrete and the abstract using oil on canvas, Inoue reconstructs landscapes and everyday objects.

In this exhibition, the core approach revolves around a collage-like methodology, the method of depicting different times in the same scene (ijitsu-dozu-ho), and expressions where indoor and outdoor spaces intermingle, reminiscent of the traditional Japanese painting technique “fukinuke-yatai” (blown-off roof).

The exhibition title, “Daily Player,” carries a double meaning: a brief prayer for daily peace of mind and the act of playing a role in society each day. The exhibition was conceived from the resonance between these two words: the one who prays (Prayer) and the one who plays a role .

In the gallery space, the entire environment is structured like an installation, combining 14 oil paintings and 8 objects, centered around small-scale works that encapsulate Inoue’s distinctive worldview.

井上さんの絵には、不思議な安心感があるなぁといつも思う。
大学時代に初めて作品を見せてもらった時からずっとそう思うのだ。

彼女の絵の中には、人の暮らしを感じる風景や物体がよく登場する。
それらの風景や物体は、日常のどこかで出会っているような、知っているような気がする。
色合いがそう感じさせるのか、自分か誰かの記憶を見ているようでもあり、どこか懐かしい気持ちが湧いてくる。

そんな懐かしさと同時に、営業時間外の場所に迷い込んだような、宇宙人になってこの世界を眺めているような不思議で新鮮な気持ちも湧き上がってくる。
知っていると思っていた世界がほどけ、曖昧になってゆく。

キャンバスの上にはぺっとりと存在感のある油絵の具が、のびやかだったり、かすれたり、流れたりして色が物質として響き合い、とけあっている。
絵の姿を目で触ろうとすると、形象と色と、絵の具の物質感の間をゆらめいて、私の中でとどまってはくれない。海みたいに。
世界の形や意味を決めつけずに、ゆったりと素直に在るように感じる。
そんな佇まいに私は余計な力がほどけて、いつも安心するのかもしれない。
今年もまた井上さんの新たな作品に会いに行くのがとても楽しみだ。
